What the enquiry form collects
The first-contact form is limited to a preferred name, email address, country of current residence, selected commercial route, relevant READY state or service category, optional company-stage categories, and a short message. It also records non-sensitive page and CTA identifiers needed to preserve the enquiry context.
The form does not request files, passport or national-ID numbers, SSN/ITIN, EIN, full addresses, banking or card details, passwords, security answers, or one-time codes.
Why the data is used
Contact data is used to receive the request, distinguish READY from Services, answer the question, assess whether the requested scope may be supported, prevent abuse and duplicate submissions, and maintain an operational record of the conversation. It is not added to a marketing list unless a separate optional consent is offered and selected.
Legal basis
The applicable legal basis has not yet been approved for publication. Live enquiry collection remains disabled until the operator records and reviews it.
Storage and service providers
When live intake is enabled, validated enquiries are stored in a restricted Cloudflare D1 database before any notification is sent. Cloudflare also provides site delivery, the server-side form handler, and anti-abuse verification. Email delivery or a managed mailbox may process the contact details needed to notify and reply to the requester.
Retention
Initial enquiry records are scheduled for review or deletion after 90 days unless they are needed for an active request, a contract, security, dispute, or a legal recordkeeping obligation.
Choices and requests
A visitor may choose not to use chat or the enquiry form. Once a public privacy contact is active, requests about access, correction, deletion, or another applicable privacy right can be sent there. Identity may need to be verified proportionately before a request about personal data is fulfilled.
Cookies and local storage
The static information pages do not require a chat session. The Crisp script is deferred until the visitor actively opens chat. Any future analytics or optional service must be documented here before activation.
Changes
Material changes receive a new notice version. This operational draft still requires qualified human review before it can be treated as final legal advice or a complete notice for every jurisdiction.
